Implementation, challenges and story
After a comprehensive Discovery phase diving deep into the many aspects of the See Tickets US business operation, ITG developed a microservices solution involving Node.js on the backend, and a combination of React and Angular open-source solutions on the front end to extend the legacy .NET platform.
In addition, ITG developed a suite of iOS mobile box office applications for use at festivals and concerts. ITG continues to support and enhance the See Tickets US platform by providing a distributed team of dedicated ITG Commerce .NET developers.
Results
Site stability and round the clock support to help with See Tickets always-on operation. Advanced iOS applications which See Tickets will use to ease crowd control and check-ins at events providing them with enhanced real time data.
