Implementation, challenges and story
ITG Commerce developed both Magento 1 & 2 extensions for Emarsys. We continuously add new features and support the extensions for Emarsys and their clients. It is also ITG’s responsibility to keep the Magento 2 extension compatible with the latest Magento version. This extension is used by 1000s of Emarsys customers.
Our collaboration is phenomenal, we use Slack for quick communication and have occasional short meetings for developer brainstorming.
The extension is very stable, our primary focus is on continuous compatibility.
Most of the support work is around new customers with custom solutions, who are having difficulties adding the extension to their site and need help figuring out where the issue is.
