Blueprintx and ITG Commerce

Latest acquisition adds customer value, expands services and extends global coverage

Global digital transformation services provider, Bluprintx, has completed the latest in a series of ambitious acquisitions by acquiring global commerce business, ITG Commerce. The acquisition strengthens Bluprintx’s offering in commerce to provide customers with more value, expanded services and greater global coverage with a particular focus on integrated Adobe and Salesforce solutions.

This latest acquisition follows a series of expansions which have extended Bluprintx’s service offering and is the first completion since the business achieved investment from private equity investor, Palatine. It takes the Bluprintx Group to a headcount of more than 140 employees globally.

The move sees Bluprintx incorporate ‘Commerce’ as a core practice, representing its importance in today’s enterprise environment. Bluprintx will support customers and vendors with cross-digital expertise through the full lead cycle, delivering personalization-enabling architectures that attract, engage, nurture and transact with each lead on an individual level.

Bluprintx’s expansion into commerce capabilities enables the company to deliver integrated solutions that connect to Adobe and Salesforce strategies. It puts Bluprintx in lockstep with Adobe strategically, building around the growth pillar of ‘Content and Commerce’ to supplement the company’s proven Content Supply Chain and Personalized Journey Management offerings which provide vendor executives more value for their customers, and the ability to manage more projects simultaneously with operational and implementational support.

Through this vision to support vendors and their customers equally, stakeholders across vendor-customer projects will have more opportunities to leverage Bluprintx’s operational and strategic expertise spanning a broad scope of digital transformation projects.

ITG Commerce represented the ideal opportunity for Bluprintx. As a global commerce business with significant delivery capabilities and a proven track record, the acquisition brings commerce experience and expertise to the Bluprintx Group. Bluprintx and its leadership recognized a close cultural alignment between the two companies, where customer-obsessed natures meet highly technical skillsets.

ITG Commerce, which is headquartered in the US and holds a significant base in Hungary, has built its business around commerce solutions and specialism in Adobe Commerce alongside other leading mid-market commerce platforms such as Shopware. The business helps customers to implement and integrate commerce platforms and supports with ongoing maintenance and optimization.

Lee Hackett, founder and CEO of Bluprintx, said: “ITG Commerce is the perfect company to bring into the Bluprintx Group as we move proactively toward providing exceptional commerce capabilities for our customers. The cultural alignment between our teams was evident from an early stage, and I am pleased that we can start turning it toward better customer outcomes.

“Bluprintx is now equipped to support customers with Adobe- and Salesforce-aligned commerce strategies while bringing the operational and integration-specific expertise that has always marked us out as an ideal partner. Welcome to all our ITG colleagues!”

Stephen Stark is founder and CEO of ITG Commerce and will lead the new Commerce practice at Bluprintx. Steve commented, “Bringing ITG Commerce’s expansive ecommerce expertise into the Bluprintx Group puts us in an environment to provide maximum value to B2B and B2C clients. I am confident that this evolution of our business will lead to greater outcomes for our customers and the ITG Team. We look forward to engaging with our customers on a strategic level and bringing our commerce and custom solution expertise to the market as part of Bluprintx’s portfolio of services”.

All employees at ITG Commerce will remain in place with duties as normal while the company joins the Bluprintx Group.
